Refund Time Frame
Normal Working Season
* Please note that our processing time will be different from our regular working season above.
* For the RAMADHAN and QURBAN seasons, we will take 7 to 14 working days for us to process the refund.
* Any payment made with a CREDIT Card and DEBIT from a customer will be charged an Administrative Fee of 2%.
* No refund will be entertained after the slaughter is completed.
